How many restrooms does a wedding need?
A wedding with 150 guests over 6 hours needs 3 standard or deluxe units on our event planning table. An open bar adds 1 unit, so the order becomes 4. A 100-guest wedding over 5–6 hours needs 2 units, or 3 with a bar. Add at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit when a guest needs one.
Worked example: 150 guests, ceremony through last dance
The ceremony starts at 4 p.m. and the band stops at 10 p.m. That is 6 hours, so the 150-guest row in the 5–6 hour column gives 3 units. The open bar adds 1, for 4 units.

How far ahead should you book wedding restrooms?
Book a restroom trailer 2–6 weeks ahead for a wedding from May through October, the busy season for trailers. Porta potties, deluxe flushing units and VIP cabins can be booked on shorter notice. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, so booking early carries little risk.
Event orders are paid at booking with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, and there is no separate deposit. If the guest count changes, call or text and we update the quote.
Trailers are cleaned and stocked before delivery. For a large reception, add attendant service so the trailer stays tidy through the night.

Our barn venue has no outlet near the field. Can we still have a trailer?

Friday delivery is the normal plan for a Saturday wedding, and the flat event price covers up to 7 days on site. A Friday drop gives the venue time to set tables and lights around the restrooms. Pickup runs on Monday, since our trucks do not run on Sunday.
Can someone keep the trailer clean during the reception?
Attendant service is available for big weddings, so someone tidies the restroom trailer and restocks supplies during the reception. Ask for it when you book and it appears as its own line on the quote. Every trailer arrives cleaned and stocked before the first guest walks in.
Can a guest in a wheelchair use the wedding restrooms?
