Five of the six need no water or power. Only the restroom trailer needs a garden hose and a dedicated 110-volt outlet within 100 feet.

Which porta potty fits which job?

Match the porta potty to the job and the guests. Crews and casual parties need standard units. Guests in dress clothes appreciate a deluxe flushing unit or a VIP cabin. Large weddings with power and water nearby suit a restroom trailer. Public events need at least one wheelchair-accessible unit in each cluster.

Construction and remodel jobs

Standard units with weekly service. The OSHA minimum is 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers under 29 CFR 1926.51. Our recommendation is 1 unit per 10 workers.

Add a handwashing station for crews that eat on site. See construction site toilets.

Backyard parties and graduations

Standard units in blue, gray or pink cover most parties. A deluxe unit is a good upgrade when only one toilet is needed. Plan counts on the party and special event page.

Weddings and formal events

A restroom trailer when the site has a hose bib and an outlet. A VIP cabin or deluxe units when it does not. Compare setups on the wedding restroom page.

Festivals, fairs and public events

Clusters of standard units, at least 5% wheelchair-accessible units (minimum 1), and stations near food. The festival porta potty page covers between-day service.

What does my site need for each type of porta potty?

Every type of porta potty needs level, firm ground and a spot within about 25 feet of where the service truck can park. A standard unit fits through a 48-inch gate. A wheelchair-accessible unit needs about 66 inches. A restroom trailer adds water, power and room for the truck to back in.

Steep drives, low wires, tree limbs and septic lids all change where a unit can go. The porta potty placement guide shows what to measure before you call.

How long can I rent a porta potty for?

A porta potty rental runs on one of two plans. Event and short-term rentals use one flat price for up to 7 days on site. Construction and long-term rentals bill every 28 days with weekly service included. Seasonal rentals for pools, ballfields and farms run on the 28-day plan.

Questions about choosing a unit

Are construction and event porta potties different?

Construction and event rentals use the same standard unit. The difference is the plan around it. A jobsite unit bills every 28 days and gets weekly service. An event unit arrives cleaned and stocked for a flat price covering up to 7 days, and you can pick blue, gray or pink.

Do you have something bigger than the regular size porta potty?

The wheelchair-accessible unit is the roomiest porta potty we rent at 62 inches wide and 62 inches long, with more than 16 square feet of floor. The VIP luxury cabin is a single walk-in room with a flush toilet and sink. A restroom trailer gives two full-size bathrooms.

What's the price difference between the standard, the deluxe and the ADA unit?

A standard event unit typically starts at $165, a wheelchair-accessible unit at $225, and a deluxe flushing unit with a sink at $275. These are typical starting prices before tax for events up to 7 days; your itemized quote is final. Delivery is a separate line on the quote.

Can I mix different units on one order?

One order can hold any mix, such as four standard units, one accessible unit and two handwashing stations. Every unit going to the same address rides the same truck, so they share one delivery and pickup charge, which typically starts at $50 round trip on our core route.

Can I pick up a porta potty myself?

Every unit goes out on our own trucks. The driver sets it level within reach of the service truck, and the same truck returns to pump it and haul it away. That keeps the waste tank sealed and handled by our crew from start to finish.

Can I switch to a different unit after I book?

Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, so you can change the unit type before then. Call or text dispatch at (513) 270-1174, and we send an updated itemized quote showing the new unit and price.
