This policy covers cinportapotty.com, run by Mathew Rental Works, 1756 Tennessee Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45229. We are a small, owner-run business. We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your rental.

1. What the quote form collects

When you send the quote form, it collects:

• Your delivery ZIP code
• Your phone number
• Your delivery and pickup dates
• The unit type and quantity
• Your guest count or crew size
• The address of the page you sent the form from

The form does not ask for your name, street address or payment details. You give those to us by phone when you book.

2. How the form reaches us

The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form processing service. Web3Forms receives what you type and forwards it to our business email. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not use the form data for anything other than replying to your request.

The ZIP checker on our pages runs in your browser. The ZIP you type there is not sent to us unless you also send the quote form.

3. Phone calls and texts

When you call or text (513) 270-1174, we see your phone number and anything you tell us, such as your address, dates, gate code and placement notes. We use those details to quote, schedule, deliver, service and pick up your rental, and to send delivery texts.

4. How we use your information

• To call or text you back with a quote
• To schedule delivery, service and pickup
• To send cycle reminders on long-term rentals
• To bill your rental and keep business and tax records

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with marketers. We share it only with services we use to run the business, such as our form processor and payment card processor, or when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and outside services

Our pages load their fonts, images and scripts from our own server. Browsing the site does not send your details to outside font or advertising services.

We do not currently run advertising cookies or Google Analytics. If we add Google Analytics or a similar tool, we will update this page first and describe what it collects.

6. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting rules. Quote requests that never become rentals are deleted when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

7. Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop texting you. Call (513) 270-1174, Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

8. Children

This site is for adults booking rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Where this policy applies

Mathew Rental Works operates in Ohio, in the United States. This policy follows Ohio and U.S. law. Information you send is stored and handled in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
