What is a luxury porta potty rental?
A luxury porta potty rental from Mathew Rental Works is a VIP restroom cabin: one private walk-in room with a porcelain-style flush toilet, a small sink, a mirror and an interior light. The cabin needs no water or power hookup, so it works in a VIP tent area, a field or a backyard.
- Porcelain-style flush toilet instead of an open tank
- Small sink for handwashing inside
- Mirror for touch-ups
- Interior light for evening receptions
- Cleaned, sanitized and stocked before delivery
VIP cabin vs deluxe unit vs restroom trailer
The VIP cabin sits between the deluxe flushing unit and the restroom trailer. The deluxe unit is a standard-size porta potty with a flush and sink. The VIP cabin is a single walk-in room with a mirror and light. The restroom trailer has two stalls with running sinks and climate control, but needs water and power.
| Feature | Deluxe flushing unit | VIP luxury cabin | Restroom trailer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Restrooms | 1 | 1 walk-in room | 2 stalls, men's and women's |
| Toilet | Foot-pump flush | Porcelain-style flush | Flush toilets |

Many hosts pair a cabin with standard units: the cabin goes by the VIP tent or head table, and the standard units serve the crowd. For guest counts, use the porta potty calculator.
What access does a luxury restroom cabin need?
A luxury restroom cabin needs smooth truck access, a level and firm spot, and a placement within about 25 feet of where the service truck can park. The cabin is larger than a standard porta potty, so send dispatch the gate width, the slope of the drive and any tight turns before you book.
Keep the cabin away from low wires, tree limbs, septic lids and sprinkler heads. A paved drive, patio edge or flat lawn works well. If you need it on a Cincinnati street or sidewalk, the city requires a right-of-way permit. The placement guide lists what to check.
When is a VIP porta potty the wrong choice?
A VIP porta potty is the wrong choice when it is the only restroom for a big crowd, when guests need wheelchair access, or when the path is too tight for delivery. One cabin serves one person at a time. Add standard units for the crowd and a wheelchair-accessible unit for guests who need one.
- Standard porta potty
Covers the main crowd at a lower cost per toilet.
- Wheelchair-accessible unit
Ground-level floor and handrails for guests who need them.
- Party and special event rentals
Unit mixes for graduations, reunions and milestone parties.
- Wedding restrooms
Cabins, trailers and flushing units for receptions.

VIP luxury cabin questions
What makes a VIP cabin different from a flushing porta potty?
The VIP cabin is a walk-in room with a porcelain-style flush toilet, a small sink, a mirror and an interior light. The deluxe flushing unit is a standard-size porta potty with a foot-pump flush and sink. The cabin typically starts at $395 per event and the deluxe at $275, before tax.
Should I get a luxury cabin or a restroom trailer for my backyard party?
Pick the cabin when the yard has no outlet or hose bib nearby, or when one restroom is enough. Pick a restroom trailer when you need two stalls and can supply a garden hose and a dedicated 110-volt outlet within 100 feet. The trailer typically starts at $1,095 for 1–3 days.
Does the luxury cabin need electricity for the light?
The VIP cabin needs no outlet, generator or water hose. It stands on its own like a porta potty, with its own tanks for the flush toilet and sink. That makes it a good fit for a VIP tent in a field or a backyard far from the house.
How much is a VIP porta potty?
A VIP luxury cabin typically starts at $395 for an event of up to 7 days on site, before tax. Delivery and pickup are a separate line that typically starts at $50 round trip on our core route. These are typical starting prices; your itemized quote is final.
Can you deliver the day before so we don't interrupt the party?
Day-before delivery is the normal plan for events, and it costs nothing extra because event pricing covers up to 7 days on site. You can request a before-9 a.m. or before-noon window, and the driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving.
Will the cabin fit down my driveway to the backyard?
The cabin is larger than a standard porta potty, so it needs smooth truck access and a clear, level path to the spot. Tell dispatch the width of any gate, the slope of the drive and any tight turns. We confirm the placement before booking so nothing surprises the driver.
