How do we clean a porta potty?
We clean a porta potty in four steps on every service: pump out the waste tank, scrub and sanitize every surface, recharge the tank with blue deodorizer, and restock toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Units on 28-day rentals get this service every week. Event units get it at the yard before delivery.
Pump out the tank
The service truck parks within about 25 feet and vacuums the holding tank empty.
Clean and sanitize
Inside surfaces, including the seat and urinal, are cleaned and sanitized.
Recharge the deodorizer
Fresh blue deodorizer goes into the tank. From November through March, we add non-freezing treatment.
Restock supplies
Toilet paper and hand sanitizer are refilled. Handwashing stations get fresh water, soap and towels.

How do we route and dispatch deliveries?
We route deliveries each morning from the Bond Hill yard. Orders called in before 12 p.m., Monday through Saturday, usually join a same-day Greater Cincinnati route. Later orders ride the next route. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arrival and texts a photo after setting the unit.
- Delivery window: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. You can ask for "before 9 a.m." or "before noon."
- Dayton and Springfield: same-day when a truck is routed north, otherwise next day.
- Northeast Ohio: scheduled routes, booked 2 or more days ahead.
- Nobody home: mark the spot with a cone, tape or a sign and give us the gate code.
What will Mathew Rental Works never charge or do?
Mathew Rental Works will never add a fuel surcharge, a hidden fee or a charge that was not on your itemized quote. Event orders carry no separate deposit, and drivers never collect payment on site. We will not promise an exact delivery minute, and we do not deliver at night or on Sunday.

Phones, dispatch and trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and we are closed Sunday. A Sunday event gets its unit on Friday or Saturday and a Monday pickup, with no extra rental charge for those days.
